It is to inform that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has expressed serious concern about the increasing prevalence of substance abuse among students in higher education institutions. The increasing prevalence of drug use not only endangers the health, well-being, but also disrupts the academic environment of students and undermines the future of our state. To effectively combat this menace, the government has mandated the formation of "EAGLE Clubs" (Elite Anti-Narcotics Group for Law Enforcement) in all educational institutions.
